Terri McGalliard

and Chief Financial Officer
Terri McGalliard joined A-1 in June 2026 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, she provides strategic financial leadership for the Company, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax, and treasury functions.
Prior to joining A-1, Terri served as Chief Financial Officer of Sounds True, Inc., Her previous leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Tax at ION Media Networks, Controller and Vice President of Tax at American Media, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at StarCapital Corp. She began her career with Ernst & Young.
Terri earned a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
