Steve Gillhouse

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Steve Gillhouse serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for A-1 Global Holdings, where he oversees the alignment of sales and marketing strategy to support the company’s continued growth and market expansion.

Steve joined A-1 in 2026 and brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management within the building products and construction materials industries. Prior to A-1, he held senior leadership roles with Cornerstone Building Brands and USG Corporation, leading large, multi-channel sales organizations across residential, multifamily, commercial, and remodeling markets.

Throughout his career, Steve has focused on strategic growth initiatives, customer engagement, pricing strategy, and team development.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Northwestern University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and participating in outdoor activities.
