As A-1’s Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Miguel Amiuny leads Company-wide operations and strategic process improvement across both Florida and Georgia facilities. Since 2022, he has brought a passion for innovation and teamwork, helping A-1 enhance automation, increase efficiency, and deliver on its mission of “Using Technology to Change the Way America Builds Homes.”
Miguel’s 20+ year career includes experience across manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles in the U.S. and Venezuela. His background includes key roles at Haifa Limestone, Cartones America, and Ferro Corporation. He holds a degree in chemistry with specialized training in quality, productivity, and industrial management.
An active member of the Treasure Coast Manufacturers Association and Vistage Florida, Miguel is a strong believer in continuous improvement and employee empowerment. He lives in Port St. Lucie, FL, with his wife Diana and their two daughters.
