Jan S. Beck

President

Mr. Beck joined A-1 in October 2018 and currently serves as President of A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., the parent company of A-1 Industries of Florida and A-1 Industries of Georgia, which was formed in December 2022. Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of A-1 Industries. Before joining A-1, Mr. Beck served as Vice President and General Counsel for Troy Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of specialty chemicals, overseeing legal affairs and strategic initiatives. He served as Executive Vice President for Communications International, Inc., based in Vero Beach, Florida, from 2010 to 2014.

Previously, he was President and COO of StarCapital Corp. from 2002 to 2009 and served as President and CEO of the Turbary Group from 1997 to 2002. Prior to Turbary, Mr. Beck served in numerous executive positions in the ADT group of companies, including Vice President & General Counsel of ADT, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of ADT Security Services, Inc.

Mr. Beck received his LL.M., Masters in Taxation, and Juris Doctorate degrees from Villanova University School of Law. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University. Mr. Beck is a member of the AICPA, and a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Bars. He lives in Vero Beach, Florida, with his wife, Marla, and serves on the Boards of United Way of Indian River County and the United Way Foundation.
