Logistics & Delivery
How does A-1 ensure on-time delivery?
A-1 owns its entire fleet of trucks and trailers, allowing us to control schedules, routes, and delivery quality. Our logistics team fuels, stages, and loads trucks the night before, enabling 6 a.m. departures and multiple deliveries per day.
Where do you deliver?
Primarily throughout Florida and Georgia, with the capability to serve surrounding regions based on project requirements.

Employee Ownership (ESOP)
What is ESOP?
An ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a retirement benefit plan that provides eligible employees with shares in A-1 Global Holdings, making them part owners of the Company at no cost to them.
Why did A-1 introduce an ESOP?

How does the ESOP work?
Eligible employees earn shares annually, held in a retirement account. The value of those shares increases as A-1 continues to grow. An independent trustee oversees the ESOP on behalf of employee-owners.

No. Leadership remains unchanged. The ESOP adds a powerful benefit for employees while maintaining the same operational and executive structure.
Who is eligible for the ESOP?
